Thanks. It's confusing. I was under the impression that gaining citizenship of another country led to the automatic loss of Kazakh citizenship. Is there a difference between renunciation and loss? I ask because they're under 2 headings on the page you linked. Also, do you know if there are ...

I know that you cannot have dual citizenship in Kazakh law, but what is procedure for inform the KZ government that you are now UK citizen, give documents etc?
