British citizenship for childern age 11 and 8 years old

Hi everyone,

If childern born here and lived all their life in uk, their age is 11 and 8, would they be entitled for British citizenship if parents don't have permanent status?

judical review at upper Tribunal court

Hi everyone,

My solicitor lodge JR at upper Tribunal court now 42 days no Acnowlege of service from Treasury Solicitors.
I've called my solicitor he said that he will write to court.
What next step if tresury solicitors dont respond?

Tonyb2 how did it go? Did you get your passport back? I think when your citizenship was revoked was around 2007. So you would not have been in this country for 15 years No passport HO has refused to change my details. I've been here 18 years. Wife and children British, not sure what HO is trying to ...

It's not the wife or Childers fault, that father has gave wrong info. Any one born in UK and lived over 10 years in UK and doesn't hold any other passport HO can't cancel their passport. After Ilr she can apply for travel document is she doesn't have her country passport.
she has to apply for naturalisation, then for british passport.
