Hi Evie, I think they refuse if ure living with the father. That shows u don't have sole responsibility or the child is not living with you alone.

I applied on the 23rd of December and it took 1 month and 4 days in total.yes I was illegal for a year.2 correspondence of my baby, birth certificate, british passport for my baby,my bsc certificate and police report about my case.no I don't work ,no evidence of accommodation or funds,I just ticked ...

Thanks all and God bless. I was wondering if my partner can apply as my dependant. He is an overstayer due to a fraudulent solicitor. He's not the father of my child. Can he apply as my dependant ? And which form will he use and what will he tick on d form. I applied with form FLR(fp). Thanks
