SET(O) ILR application queries for PBS Dependent

Hi everyone
I am applying for ILR as PBS dependent(5-year route) along with my daughter. (My husband became a British citizen in 2019.)
I understood that I need to use the SET(O) form for applying for ILR.
Below is the link I used for the application. Could you please confirm if this is the right link to be used?

However, for the below question, I don't see any PBS-dependent option from below.
Should I mention PBS Dependent in the "other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms" option in the text box provided?

could you please provide the correct link if I choose the wrong one for SET(O) for PBS Dependent?

Before asking the next question, I will provide some background of my stay in UK.
I am in UK from 2009 to 2011 on and off (which means staying for shorter durations of 3 months or so for multiple times in UK) In Tier 2 ICT and went back to India and stayed till October 2013.
From Nov 2013 till now I am on PBS dependent visa. In 2016 November I went to India for maternity and came back to UK in Apr 2018. At that time, we thought as there is a break of 17 months for continuous residency in UK even though I am PBS dependent, I did not apply for ILR in 2018 November thinking that the application might be rejected and just extended my PBS Dependent application for 3 more years and so on.
Now I am applying for ILR as PBS Dependent for the stay from Apr 2018 to till date.

Now in the application form, I came across the below questions and requires your help

B)Time in the UK
How long have you lived in the UK?
Should I mention the time of stay in regards to this application as 5 years 3 months or should I mention my entire total stay of Tier 2 ICT and all PBS dependent duration?

C)Other countries you have lived in
Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

For this question, I traveled only to India other than UK from my birth.
should I provide all my stay in India and UK from birth till date or just my stay in India?(As I have entered UK many times and went back to India.)

D)Your home and finances
I have my own limited company and I used to work before. But from the last 3 years, I am not working but I did not close my limited company even though I dont take any salary or no money comes into the company account. I am just maintaining the company by filing the basic things required for running a limited company for the namesake as I want to work later.
In regards to above

Are you working in the UK? Should I say yes or No
[Actually, I am not working but there is a limited company for which I am director even though no operations are going on in it}

As per my case, should I select the option of " I do not have any other reasons for wanting to stay in UK " as my Kid is also an Indian citizen and she will be also applying for ILR along with me? Or is it mandatory,that I should give them any other proper reason to stay in UK?

F) For Evidence of finance, since I am dependent on my husband, should I show any bank statements or employment letters of my husband? Also, should I show any cohabitation proofs like utility bills that we are staying at the same address for 5 years? Generally what type of documents are required to be shown for PBS dependents applying for ILR?

If your husband was a tier 2 visa holder, you choose skilled worker dependent. The "other" option is not for your circumstances.

There is NO financial requirements or evidence needed.
