Skilled Worker Dependant Visa Extension

Hello Team,

I have just recently extended my Skilled worker Dependant Visa. I will be eligible for my ILR by End of October. Could you please tell me what application i need to submit ?( request if you could share the link) and also the documents.

Your family members

Your partner and children can apply separately at a later date, for example if they’re not eligible yet. They can continue to extend their visa as your Skilled Worker or T2 dependant, even after you get indefinite leave to remain.

They apply for a Skilled Worker dependent visa.

When I fill the form by using the link above to extend my son's visa, it is asking the question "Have you been in the UK in the last 10 years?" although he lives in the UK. Can you please help how to answer this question?

Hi All,

While apply for ILR Dependent, it asks me this question below about my spouse visa details.Choose the route that your partnerXXXXX has applied for or been granted,even if their application is still in process and we the only options are the visa types, however there is no option to choose ILR ?Also asking for the GWF number - Shall I choose Skilled worker or Tier 2 and just give the ILR reference number ?

is this ok ?
