UK Skilled Worker Sponsor Family

Post by lolopopo » Sun Dec 13, 2020 7:26 am

Hello everyone, I am in a very strange situation which I don't understand at all. The thing is my employer who gave me a Tier-2 (which will be converted into Skilled Worker after 1st January,2021 ) sponsor to work in the UK and later he got married to my sister and now my employer became my brother-in-law.

So can you let me know will this thing affect my sponsor as his employee? If yes, then what is the way to avoid this thing?

Your precious comments will be appreciated. :)

Hi. Yes. This is a problem as sponsors are not supposed to sponsor family members.
