Spouse visa extension.What date i should consider to apply

My wife and kids granted spouse visa on 25/08/2022.I am due to apply for their extension soon.E visa shows visa is valid from 8 september 2022 till 8 june 2025.They travel to uk on 7th november 2022.Should i consider the date of E visa or the date stamp on BRP card which is 25/08/2022?Because 33 months will be different if i choose 25/08/2022 then if i choose 08/09/2022.
I want to apply on 2nd or 3rd june 2025.will that be ok?Thanks

For a spouse visa, the qualifying period for ILR starts from date of entry. If you apply for the extension tok early, you will have a shortfall for ilr.

A spousr visa extension will be for 2.5 years, not 33 months.

Applying in June is fine.

So their ilr timeline started from 7th november 2022 when they enter uk.Means 7th May2025 will be 30 months .So i can apply anytime after 7th may 2025 which i planned to apply at start of june before their visas expire on 8th june 2025.I was only confuse about date on brp card which is 25/08/2022 and if i consider that date 33 months will be around 25/05/2025.But evisa shows expire date as 8th june, 2025.So 8th june 2025 is the actual date of expire not 25th may 2025?am i correct?
