Spouse visa sponsor while out of the UK due to pandemic

Dear all,

I am a british citizen, currently stuck in Morocco since pandemic as I wanted to be with my fiance. So, I managed to stay here as the Police in Casablanca told me that there is no problem due to the pandemic. I finally managed to marry my fiance in October after difficulties collating all the documentations required due to Covid-19. I have also got residence permit to regularise my stay as the spouse of Moroccan wife as recommended in the UK travel guidance.

Now I am planning to apply for my wife for a UK spouse visa. I was going through the documentation and I meet all criteria apart from one niggle. I was looking at the form su07 for sponsoring my wife as link below -

In the form it says, The sponsor giving this undertaking must be resident in the United Kingdom. Does that mean I need to go back to the UK and rent a house and stay there for a month at least? Is there any other alternative due to pandemic? So, I can sponsor while I am here in Morocco. Now it's even not possible to come back to Morocco from the UK after the new strain of virus found and travel ban which is making our situation even tougher.

Please advise what I can do in this scenario. I just want to get back to the UK with my wife as it's difficult for me to stay in Morocco longer and don't want to come back alone due to all the uncertainties humanity is facing at the moment due to the pandemic. Please help with some alternatives.

SU07 is not needed for a spouse visa application except for adult dependent relative.

Thanks for the information. Please can you provide me some detail on how I can do the sponsor for spouse visa. I thought I would have to provide that su07 form.

As said above SU07 not required.
What particular or exact detail do you require as you stated you were going through documentations n found you meet all criteria

See GEN 1.1

If you are a British citizen, your bio data page is sufficient to show you are a sponsor for your partner application.

How are you meeting the financial requirements if you are out of the UK?

Many thanks for sharing the link @Todmatt. This is quite informational. So, I won't need this form then. I am ok from fianancial point of view but I wanted to clarify one more point. If I need to show a house where my wife going to come and live with me and any rental agreement. Many thanks again
