Submitting ILR application without life in the UK test

Hi everyone, thank for your the useful information in this forum. Could you please help with the following matter.
My partner is eligible to apply for ILR as a dependent for 5 years on my GTV + Tier 4 student visa. She wants to apply for ILR before her current GTV dependant visa expires in a few days, but unfortunately she hasn't done the b1 and life in the UK tests yet. Is it possible for her to submit an ILR application and then upload the results, or declare this in a cover letter, before attending the biometrics enrolment appointment.
