I have received an email from the Home Office stating that my application as a dependant of my mother on the British National(Overseas) (BNO) route has been successful on 24 Jun 2021. The email stated that I should receive my BRP within 7 days by courier. I have yet to receive any notice from the courier about my BRP and I have emailed the Delivery team many times. My case have been passed on the Collection team and they said that they have no record my BNO visa application.
I hold the Tier 4 student visa at the time of application for the BNO visa and my Tier 4 student visa will expire in Oct 2022.
Should I be receiving a new BRP for my BNO visa now or should I wait for till my Tier 4 visa expire and will I receive a new BRP by then?
Is there anywhere else I can contact other than filling in the form that does to the Delivery team of the Home Office?
