Does anyone knows how to contact ukvi with new bank account details, for IHS surcharge refund?
The initial bank account I paid with in 2021 is no longer active and I had just applied for my refund today.
I understand that refunds automatically goes directly into same bank account an application paid with.
The issue here, is that the bank account I paid with has been closed since 2 years ago. How do i give ukvi my new bank details?
I will appreciate any help from the forum
