Hi,
I read many posts and this site is providing huge support and help.
I am not thinking at all for ADR visa. I am in UK for just over 2 years and my parents are in late 60s.
I am planning to apply for general visit visa, generally both are fine. My Mum had a minor cardiac event and she is on regular medication. I read many posts where UK residents brought their parents and they stayed in the UK for years on multiple entry visit visa. How can you manage their health in case of deterioration in their general health not really emergency. Any suggestion or anyone managed to get a good health or travel insurance of elderly relatives with reasonable premium. I am aware that in case of using NHS services will almost stop their doors to the UK by mentioning it in new visit visa application after 6 month stay.
Thank you in advance

Where did you read that? They cannot stay in the UK for years on visitor visas.

Will you be able to find an insurer who will cover your mother's health problems and pay any NHS bills? You will likely need to read any potential health insurance policies carefullly to see what medical bills they will cover for your parents and how long that cover will be for.
Emergency treatment is not free either with the NHS. Only treatment in the A&E is free but if admitted to the hospital, then it's billed at 150% of the NHS costs.
If you're in England for a short visit but need to see a GP, you can register as a temporary patient with a local doctor.
You need to be in the area for more than 24 hours but less than 3 months.
...
If you're visiting England for less than 6 months, you should ensure you're covered for healthcare through personal medical insurance during your visit, even if you're a former UK resident. If you're not ordinarily resident in the UK and you need to pay for NHS hospital treatment, you'll be charged at 150% of the national NHS rate.

From the same link above, the definition of "ordinarily resident".
To be considered ordinarily resident and entitled to free hospital treatment, you must be living in the UK on a lawful and properly settled basis for the time being. You may be asked to prove this.
You cannot be considered ordinarily resident in the UK unless you have indefinite leave to remain or status under the EU Settlement Scheme.
Although these still have to prove that they are living in the UK, just as British citizens have to do if there is no exemption for them: billed at 150% of the NHS cost.

@ JB007
Thank you very much for sharing details.
I have gone through these details before as well.
Visit visa has different durations and the longer duration can be issued to those whose families live in the UK as they might need frequent visits.
The question is if a visitor can stay up to 6 months legally then they have to think other factors as well, specially health if they are aged. I want to avoid NHS at all in case they need healthcare as if anyone uses NHS then probably their chance to get another visit visa is zero. I was wondering if anyone from Pakistan or India was in same situation and managed to find a health cover for parents who were on visit visa.
They wont be able to stay continuously as they will be bound to leave before 6 month duration, however, any need of treatment that can be sorted out without using NHS will keep chances to get visit visa again. Best person to help would be who had same scenario and managed to get good travel insurance.
