Travelling in between jobs

Hello everyone!

I would be switching jobs from Company A to Company B.
I have updated my Skilled Worker Visa with the new company and currently serving my notice period at Company A which is finishing on 31/12/2024
My job with the next company begins on 20/1/2025.

I am travelling out of UK from 31/12/2024-11/1/2024.

Will this be any issue towards my continuous stay as I’m in between jobs?
