Post by Smart007 » Wed Jun 15, 2022 3:49 pm

I am helping to fill a friend uk child dependant visa application for his daughter and this my friend happen to have a brother in UK which will automatically be his daughter uncle.
So under UK immigration rule , does his brother qualified to be part of immediate family member for his daughter ?

An Uncle is an extended family member. Immediate family members are spouse and children, parents, brothers and sisters.
