Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Skilled worker Visa in UK - Query related to Dependant Visa

Hello Everyone,

Require some urgent advise with the below, any help will be highly appreciated.
I am currently in process of switching from Tier 2 ICT Visa to Skilled worker Visa from within UK with my new employer. My wife and daughter are on my dependant Visa at the moment which is valid for another 1.5yrs. I have a couple of queries.

1. Is it mandatory to get dependant Visa for my wife and daughter re-issued again as I am switching from Tier 2 ICT to Skilled worker Visa?

2. Will my wife's and daughter's dependant Visa, which was renewed during my Tier 2 ICT Visa renewal along with mine, be still valid after I switch to Skilled worker Visa? This is considering the Visa expiry date is still 1.5yrs away from now.

3. If my wife wish to travel to a different country without me, will they be challenged to re-enter UK immigration if they are carrying their Tier 2 ICT dependant BRP?
