Tier 2 Dependant - self employed

Hi there, I am happy to be able to find this forum.
I am a Tier 2 Minister of Religion Dependant, I would like to know if I am allowed to be self employed?
I sell stuff on eBay at first it was just a hobby but I am thinking now of making it as a store/business.
Am I allowed to apply for self employment though my permit says "restricted work, no Dr/Den Train. or Sportsperson?
Is being self employed covered by the restrictions?
