I would highly appreciate if you answer this query. Actually, the current authorising officer who uses our company sms system is resigning next month and he is asked to replace himself with a different colleague to use sms system. The current authorising officer has asked me how he should go about this (I know he can get the answer over the sponsors helpline but he usually tends to ask me first)?
He is authorising officer, key contact and level 1 user (A/c to him there is no level 2 user in the system). Should he replace the level 1 user first and then replace the key contact and authorising officer or do vice versa? (The same person will be key contact, authorising officer and level 1 user). Will the new authorising officer use the same logins or will be provided with a different one?
How long does it take for UKVI to get the changes in place?
