Can anyone please clarify this as a matter of urgency:

I am working 37 hours per week. Will this be accepted by UKBA or is it normalyy 37.5?

Thanks

I rang UKBA and they say that the salary should be pro-rated for other working patters.

is it correct:

min in SOC/37.5/52=hourly pay?

current salaryXhourly payX37X52

Thanks

I think code you using is 2312 as mentioned salary for unqualified is £18030 so you need minimum £20000 you already earning more then that should be alright but I again I advice you to work with employer and to increase you contract to 37.5 will save you lot of stress

Hi Jibri,

I spoke to the HR about makiing my contract hours from 37 to 37.5 but they said that they cannot do that as it has to be the same for all the teachers.. What shall I do?

My hourly pay based on my current pay is £12.44 an hour.
