Annual leave On tier 4- Working more than 20 hours

Hi everyone, I have got a very complicated situation where i am in a tier 4 student visa and only allowed to work 20 hours a week. During this month i took 6 days annual leave/holiday and also worked 20 hours week. Making 80 hours for regular shifts and extra 48 hours for 6 days holiday. Would this come under a breach as i have only gone to work 20 hours a week or would it have any impact on PSW application. Thanks.

No.

If you are on a full time degree course 20 hours work a week are allowed during term time with unrestricted hours outside term time.

As an employee who works part-time you are entitled to paid annual leave. For example, if you work 3 days a week you will get at least 16.8 days’ paid leave a year.

Although the rules only set out "employment conditions" (as above) in my view the time on paid annual leave doesn't count as work time and is outside the 20 hours per week ceiling.
