VERY URGENT can someone help me with a sample appeal letter

i was given a right to appeal, to show the evidence that
the person sponsoring me is my father,

i have all the documents now ,

can some one post a sample letter
for the grounds of appeal.

I don't think a sample letter is necessary. You should have received an appeal form to fill in and send back presumably within 10 working days depending on the type of visa you applied for. Documents (originals or appropriately certified copies) such as your birth certificate and that of your sponsor may be enough to get your appeal approved.
