It means that you can only work for your sponsor.

Thanks a lot for your reply!

What happens if I worked for 20 hours/week as I thought I can do based on the general description for my visa. it's my first time to work in the UK and I didn't know anything about the rules, and i have read everything on uk.gov about the BRP info and Tier 5 info, but I didn't find anything.

Best regards,

That is not correct, and not sure where you are getting that from. OP can do other work for up to 20 hours per week, as explained on the gov.uk website under "What you can and can't do":

https://www.gov.uk/tier-5-government-au ... e/overview

The work conditions are laid out in Immigration Rules Part 6a paragraphs 245ZP(f)(iii) for entry clearance and 245ZR(h)(iii) for leave to remain.

Work is "restricted" in that you cannot take any other employment not listed in the above paragraphs. It is certainly not restricted to only working for the sponsoring employer.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

Thank you so much!
But in the link uk.gov, they have 2 separate points for extra work, one to be able to have a second job for up to 20 hours, then another point about working in a specific list of jobs.
So I am really confused about this.

Thanks
