Update of health and care worker visa

I would like to clarify what to choose in the option of if my dependants will be applying with me considering that their current visa is still valid but I am the main applicant and I am updating my visa because I just got a COS from another organisation but I don’t know if to choose yes or no on that column since they won’t be submitting application with me .
