URGENT..work permit and certificate of sponsorship

hi, im really worried
my boss applied for a a Liecense begginning of june, he got a confirmation that his paper work is being processed, but no reply yet about the sponsorship liecence
i did not know that there are ppl who need to come and visit whats that all about
also how long will ittake to issue a certificate of sponsorship
my work visa finishes on the 8/1th of august so im running out of time and getting really really worried

Yes, UKBA visit to make sure the company is what it says it is and knows what it's doing. Once the company has a sponsor license they can issue a CoS usually within an hour (it's an online thing). Then you will need to apply for FLR (and you won't get an appointment in time to do it in person so it will have to be post).

Hi, just wondering if you heard anything from UKBA yet in regards to your employer licence..pls let us know, as i have been waiting now for 3 months for my employer to get licence.
