VERY URGENT!!!

Post by vansh__ » Thu Nov 16, 2023 9:35 pm

Respected Sir

I have a student visa that was supposed to expire on 8/11/2023
I have got it extended until 30/10/2025. For that, I received the mail that the application was successful on 20/10/2023 and I was supposed to get my BRP in 7-10 days. I have still not received it, and when I reported it, I was told that there had been a 'Production Error."

I have to travel back to India for an emergency on the 05/12/2023 and need a BRP for it.

Can you please help me resolve my problem?

Once that 'production error' was mentioned, did they tell you when you would expect to receive the BRP?

After reporting a BRP delivery delay and receiving a response from the HO, the delivery usually occur shortly, however not sure what sort of production error they are talking about.

I think the only you can do is to wait for the delivery hoping that it happens before the date of your trip.

I highly doubt forum members handle BRP production, which is where your BRP is probably at.

You're probably better off just waiting; worst comes to worst, you could travel abroad and a) apply for a replacement BRP visa or b) wait for another family member to come to you abroad with your BRP.
