American trying to move to Holland??

Hello friends-

you will need background... so i am 23 american gal.. i have recently started a relationship with a man from holland... but he doesnt make enough money we are wanting to be be able to see eachother. So i am coming holland this summer as an Aupair.. still trying to figure that one too lol...

anyways.. My contract for aupair will probably be 12months. My boyfriend is currently working on getting things settled. You know better work contract and more money so he can be my sponsor.... but my question is... i know that i will be there for 12months after my contract is done will i be able to apply for a parnter visa or will i have to return to the USA?? And if we did plan on getting married.. hoping by this time he has enough money and those problems are taken care of what kind of problems or issues are we going to be facing? I have been trying to read up and learn so i wont be too surprised when it happens. Any ideas... or advise?

cant you just move in with him and get a partner visa or something similar? or engage to him?

Well i will be an aupair for a year living with a family.. during my stay there can we apply for a parnter visa? so i can move in with him after my contract is up with the family? Or will i have to return to the states and then go back to holland?
