Non EU moving to Netherlands with Dutch husband and Dutch Child?

Hi

Wonder if anybody have some experience regarding the form 5005 Application for Verification against EU Law caring parent of dutch child.
We live in South Africa at the moment and I have a south African passport.
My Husband and 2 year old daughter has a Dutch passport.(I am the Biological Mother lol)
I did speak to the IND and they advised the best way to apply for residence visa is the verification against EU law. As my husband is starting a new business in the Netherlands and wont be able to my sponsor for until his business has been running for 1.5 years.
I would like to know what evidence do I need to present to IND?
Evidence of caring parent?

If anybody have some more details/advice or went thru the same procedure?

I guess proof of residence at the same address should be enough for a mother.
