Family visa from France

Hi
One of my friend has his Uncle in france who is a French nationality holder. Can his uncle sponsor him for visit visa or not. My friend is in Pakistan. Plz tellme is there any chance to geta visit or any type of french visa Remember he is over 18 Years of age.
