Tier 1 extension for dependents applying later

Post by thkarthik » Fri Apr 20, 2012 9:42 am

Hi all
I am having PEO appointment in cardiff on May31st my Tier1 visa expires on Jun 17th,I need to apply for my 3 dependents also.My query is:

UKBA states that if 'Partner or child aged under 18 (if they are applying later), or child aged over 18 - £561 for each family member' or if they are applying at the same time as the main applicant) £750 for each family member included on the main applicant's application form so in that case can I apply for me at first & then apply for my dependents in post later? so that I can save 300 pounds instead of applying for all at the same time in post.
I hope seniors can help me regarding this.Thanx in advance.
