Canceling PEO Appointment

Hi Guys,

I have a PEO appointment at Solihull on 27th april.
For some reason i may not be able to attend it and want to cancel it.
I tried cancelling but the option is greyed out, I guess i can only cancel 48 hours in advance.
Can you guys tell me how do i cancel it now. Is there a phone number i can call to cancel it.
In case if am unsuccessfull in cancelling it, will there be a problem.

Is the option to re-schedule appointment available, if so you can try that and book any available date in future and then cancel it.
Someone in need may then be allocated the appointment you cancel (reschedule)

You can only cancel your appointment while it is more than 48 hours away. If it is less than 48 hours until your appointment and you need to cancel it for unavoidable reasons, call the contact centre on 0870 606 7766.

You can call above number and tell the reason due to which you can not attend the appointment, someone definetly will be looking for this date and might help him/her.
