Tier 1 General Dependent visa Language test

Hi,

Can any one guide me on the English language test requirement for the Tier 1 General Dependent visa application?

Whether English language test is required or not for the Tier 1 General Dependent visa application?

English language was never mandatory for tier1 dependants.
