Please help me with the following scenario..
Have Ltd Ccompany >> planning to use income from Dividend vouchers >> Company Year closes in May
In my personel bank statement there seems to be a small manual error made by me while transferring Dividen payments from business account - error related to Transaction reference in Bank Statement - for Dividend voucher transferred on 1st June 2011 the Ref mentioned was DIV for April 2011, I have prepared a dividend voucher for May 2011 as transacted in 1st June 2011.
do not know what to do.. shall I mention this in coverlatter or ignore this payment completlly from income calculations.. I am marginally passing the PBS Tier Extension criteria..by skipping that transaction..If I do this way will they ask me why am I not showing that payment though it falls with in the the 12 year period where I cliam my earnings..?
