i had applied for HSMP over 28 which was rejected bcause of insufficient evidence in earnings,and experience.
I do qualify and I just need to reapply with all the necessary documents I was working in the UK and my visa has expired due to the delays in home office with hsmp can I apply from abrad using my earning from the last twelve months in england.
id applied on the 28th of july reapplied after being told some of my documents had gone missing in the ho
got letter today of denial.

yes you can apply again from our home country and you can also use your UK income from outside of UK.
