HSMP holder, how long can he/she be outside UK ?

HSMP holder, how long can he/she be outside UK ?

1. For someone who is on HSMP, if she/he go outside of the UK for a few years, will he/she loose the HSMP ?
2. How long can he/she be out of UK before losing the HSMP ?
3. If you loose your HSMP, can you re-apply in the future ?
