Earning from Ltd company and other employment

HI All,

I am getting earning in the shape of salary(min) + Dividend from a Ltd company for which I am the sole shareholder and Director. Now days business is quite and I want to join full time job as employee to meet the earning requirement. can I start full time job and also run my company?

Yes, unless you have Tier 1 (Ent)
