Maintenance funds for Tier 1 dependant

Hi,
I don't know if my query has been answered before in this forum. Apologies in advance if I am asking it again. I have obtained my Tier 1 extension & I would like to apply for my wife & kid who are currently applying from India. I went through the policy guidelines & I am confused about the maintenance funds part. Can I show only GBP 1200(600*2) since I have already obtained my visa or should it include my maintenance funds as well apart from my dependents i.e 2100 (600*2 + 900)? Please advice.

It depends on the length of your stay in the UK - Please check the sticky (there is a guidance for dependent applications).

Go through Clauses 43 to 47 of the dependants policy guide and make your own opinion about how much funds are required. I believe no one on the forum can give you a concrete answer and be 100% sure. Only UKBA can answer this. There have been cases where only dependants maintenance funds were shown(ie 1200 in your case) and were successful. But if I were you, I would rather be safe than sorry and maintain 2100.
