Tier 1 general extension and court case

Post by itunuadelayo » Sun Aug 05, 2012 1:59 pm

Hello everyone,
Would appreciate any advice please.
My husband had an accident and has been charges for driving without due care and attention, he wants to plead guilty by post and he might be getting a fine and possible points on his drivers licence but we have just sent our tier I extension application by post.

My question is do we need to do anything to inform the home office about this and If we do, how do we go about it?

Would appreciate any advice we can get on the forum.
