Hi,

New HSMP , New System , New Process , New Timings ..... everything fresh. But Still Loads Of Confusion Over the new Point System..i.e ,
1.Earlier there was a provision for spouse...but now do they have to go as a dependent or on hsmp.
2.Past Earnings Means +12 month salary slips , Tax returns , Form 16 etc.
do we need to provide the evidence of employer for the future verification.
Coz salary statement will never have the phone nos. or the level of exp.
3. IELTS exam in mandatory...?

Simply now HSMP Is not for the people who are in 30's. Get ure PHD degrees then apply for this programme...
