HELP!!!! PEO Appointment "SWAPS" needed urgently/

Dear experts, please how best can i get a closer peo date. i need all the help and suggestion i can get from everyone.

PEO appointment type: Tier 1 general extension
PEO Venue: Sheffield
Date to swap: 18/09/12 (3rd week october)
Date needed: 08/09/12-12/09/12 (2nd week october)

Anybody needing to cancel/re-schedule such appointment should please get in touch.
