Can Contribution Pay be considered for Previous Earnings?

Post by anoop1983 » Sun Sep 09, 2012 5:07 pm

Hello,
Had a question,

As my salary has two parts - 'Salary' and 'Contribution Pay'. As defined by my employer,

"Contribution Pay is a finance-related term used to refer to monies accrued by the Company in the prior year for current year pay-out".

Something like - http://www.lge.gov.uk/lge/core/page.do?pageId=119831

Is it fine to consinder contribution pay also for calculating points for previous earnings?

Thanks,
Anoop

It's a bonus and will becounted. Generally speaking, if it's on your payslip and is taxed, it can be counted.
