Change of Circumstance

Post by max2k12 » Fri Sep 14, 2012 3:28 pm

I hope if seniors can advise. I applied my Tier1 G back in 2010 with Employed and Self employed. I have shown my income at around 41K. I have paid the tax and NI. and got the visa.

Now my extension is due, my company has increased my pay to 40K which is far enough for me to get the points.

My question:

Do i still need to take my Self employment stuff with me at peo, do i need to mention any thing. will cause any issue last time you were on 41k now you are on 40K. why did you stop.

as per my understanding as long as you fulfill the points thats all !

Please advise.

they wont ask any questions why you stopped or why you are earning less this time, only thing they will check is have you paid tax for the self-employed income

Thanks Manka. for your quick response.

I have paid the tax and NI for 2010 to 2011, and 2011 to 2012, but i haven't paid anything for 2012 to 2013 as I m applying before the tax period and also I haven't earn much through self employment over last year.

it means I need to carry all the tax papers with me from last 2 years. is that what you said.
