Hi Seniors

Is that okay to file extension just 1 week before the actual expiry date. I would be doing it with 2 dependants as well. The reason behind this is I arrived UK on 76th day of my Visa stamp date.

This would benefit me for ILR even though its case workers discretion.

If someone can put some light on it, even though I know the answer is yes !
