Hi Folks,

I need some help.
I need to extend my Tier 1 visa in the next couple of months.

My employer is not giving me a letter to clearly show my earnings for the 12 month period that I need to show my earnings for.

I cannot use my payslips as some of my earnings (housing allowance etc) is not shown on the payslip and thus payslips do not reflect my true earnings in the UK.

I am employed in India and currently in UK on a project, so I get a salary here + allowance. .

Any guidance or help would be useful if any of you have been in similar circumstances.
