Hi All,

My visa is getting expire in feb 2013 and i am looking to apply for Tier 1 General Ext. (3years) in mid of december.

I have some questions, it would very helpful if somebody can answer these.

1) I am self employed and operate on the limited company, just wanted to know if i show bank statements from March till November 2012, will that be OK. Amount in these months satisfy the requirements of income.

2) As i am planning to apply in DEc which is almost 2 - 3 weeks before the 28days clause, do i have to apply again to fill this GAP before i will be eligible to apply for ILR (5years clause) ?
