Application refused , apeal

hi all,

I applied for hsnp. but they refused to accept my masters degreee saying that it is equal to bacghelors. although my unoiv requires 16 yrs of education to enter into that program.

How do i mention this to appeal which is due in 28 days. my second question is that now hsmp process is suspended. will they treat my appeal according to new or old criteria.

i have 4 yrs bachekors in engineering

and 2 yrs masters in CS.

i didnt apply for naric

Are you trying to say that you have the following qualifications :

B.E in Computer Science - 4 years
M.E or M.S in Computer Science - 2 years

And did you send original certificates to prove both qualifications ? If yes , you should defnitely appeal and it will be treated according to old rules. Dont worry about that.

Give us more details about you case.

i have BE in Engineering (not in cs) (4 years)
and MS in CS (2 yrs)

I have sent all original docs including mark sheets

Here rather than number of years of study or what sort of degree, University / College is the one which plays important role.

UK Naric doesnt recognises few colleges & Universities

May be your BE degree was recognised and Master's degree was not recognised at all because of the awarding institution.

So only it is always advicable check with UK Naric before applying.

It is better if you can clarify on from what university / college you got master's degree

If UK naric agrees that as master's degree then appeal is 100% valid
