should the scanned documents be mailed to NARIC and the payment at the same time?

Why are you opening up new threads if the topic of discussion is the same????

Anyways, You have to first get through the payment and then you send the documents, preferably by Faxing them.

If you visit www.naric.org.uk, they have all the step-by-step procedure for this.
