T1 extn+ BRP + old refernce number question

On the tier 1 Dependent form..
on page 16 section H - asks for the BRP detials ?
and there is no option but to enter detials ?
I dont have a BRP yet as I was never asked to get one in the previous Tier 1.

is it okay to not have one ??
I did call the UKBA to check and they said you would get to do this after applying for the visa ?

Also whats the (ht) on the new tier 1 application for, ?

and Old Tier 1 reference number - I dont have it ? so what do i need to do ???

can someone please help.. getting a little stressed ?
