help needed, case refused as High commission did not verify

Hi guys
i have been going through this forum since the time i applied for aHSMP in October 2006. I finally received a reply for the HSMP team refusing my case on the grounds that

"The main reason for refusal was that we were unable to verify your employment and earnings evidence. We didn't receive a response the embassy in Pakistan from the verification checks and therefore under the HSMP criteria we were satisfied to refuse the application on these grounds"

I know for sure that my employer did not receive any call from the embassy. And they were silent on the case as well because they did not forward any thing to the HSMP team as per my case worker wordings. Hence i can say that they did not process the case properly here in Pakistan.

Please give me some suggestion on how to pursue the appeal with the HSMP team know. and urgent reply is requested as i am running short of time for the appeal

have you contacted the embassy in Pakistan to find out if they did get a request from HSMP in UK ?

if they did receive a request, then ask embassy why they:
1) did not call your employer
2) did not respond to HSMP team

Then include all these responses in review request.

Also, they said the MAIN reason for refusal was this problem. That seems to imply they had more issues with the application too...

Even I am October 2006 Applicant, Would you please post your application timelines like when was it received by HO and when decision was made. Also during inquiry until you received your result what kind of response you were getting.

I applied in 19th Oct 2006 and I always get reply that it is under consideration but they are not telling me that it has gone for verification. So would you please let me know what kind of response you were getting during your followup until you received your documents back home?
