Didnot get any feedback after Biometric Enrolement

Hi

I have also applied for Tier 1 extension for me and my family (3 dependent) on mid Feb. My current Tier 1 visa (2 + 3 years) has been expired on 11 March 2013.

I have done Biometric enrolment on 9th March 2013. As per time http://www.immigrationboards.com line UKBA are stamping in 1 -2 week. But I did not get any feedback yet after biometric. I have seen so many person got approved within 1-2 weeks.
I also have attached prepaid Spl delivery envelop with tracking. But its not activated as per royal mail site.

I am working as director of ltd company and showing dividend + salary. And getting 100 points.

I am littlie worried. Anybody have Idea how much time would take.

Please anybody suggest what should I do? or should I wait for few more days ?
