Got Refused--I think my Caseworker is Blind

Hi All,

I got refusal letter today from the HO on my HSMP Application i think my Caseworker is BLIND.

He havent given me points for my Age because i have no Birth certificate i did explain in my application that i lost my Birth Certificate in earth quack in pakistan. as an alternate i provided him my UK Provisional Driving Licence and Nortarised copy of my passport but that Blind D**k Head over looked it. this is HO Staff didnt look my app properly.


Second he cant award me points on my salary because he thinks my tax return form is duplicate even thought it is signed and stamped by tax off.

please suggest me what should i do.

perhaps a notarised letter saying you lost your birth certificate?

another question that comes into my mind: is it difficult to secure another copy of your birth certificate from the appropriate govt agency?

you know that often times than not, the caseworkers follow a list of documentation and/or alternatives...if your document does not fall in either category...you might get a rejection...

any other thoughts on this?

I would say try and cross reference your DOB at as many documents it is mentioned i.e passport, driving liscence, educational docs, any other identity card you have provided....you should always take a chance with review and it won't cost you...
Also put some valid arguments for your IT return...he can't refuse your case on the ground of assumptions...
