Tier 2 (General) Dependent - Graduate doctor

I am currently in the process of moving to the UK. I have a sponsor and will have Tier 2(general visa), but I have an issue with my wife.

She studies medicine in Serbia and she needs 12 more years to finish studies. After that she will come in to the UK as my partner and she will have the Tier 2 working visa where it states that she is not able to work as doctor in trainee. Will she be able to apply on non training jobs, once she passes IELTS with grade 7 and PLAB?

She can work in any job that is not a doctor in training. So if she can find a job that does not require a period of training, she is at liberty to do that work.

Thanks. Regarding no training post, i think this is the key thing do you need any medical experience for them or you can apply immediately as grad student. I can't find this on the internet
